Banggood is NO GOOD!

Purchased an item from Banggood. The item arrived damaged. When I contacted Banggood to see about returning the damaged item to exchange it, they wanted pictures showing the damage. Then they wanted videos showing the damage. I provided both. Still, they refused to exchange the item saying it would cost too much to return. That really shouldn’t have mattered since I have to pay the return shipping costs. They refused to provide me the return shipping address. Instead they offered me $50 in lieu of returning the item, and to provide a review and send them screenshots of the stars. Banggood is pathetic. There’s absolutely no consideration for the customer. Banggood refused to exchange the item, and refused to refund my money. I will never do business with Banggood again. This company is bad. Do not shop at Banggood. You will regret it.
