Banggood incomunicado and poorservice

I Ordered 4 incubator heaters from Banggood on Jan 8th 2019, paid for them and was promised delivery within 14 days. to date, now two months later, still nothing. I have tried, repeatedly to send queries to them, but there does not seem to be a e-mail available, where I can get some answerers. one response mentioned that my Telephone number was faulty. they used "02731" instead of "+2731". they have my e-mail address and all relevant details. No communication has been received.
