Banggood has good customer service.

I would like to thank Banggood for fixing a minor issue with a product I purchased. I contacted Banggood and informed them of my problem and Banggood fixed the issue immediately. Very good customer service. Banggood have a "Contact Us" link on their website and if you tell them your problem and show a photo or video of the product and describe the fault they will either replace (resend the product) or refund you. I have many orders from Banggood and Im a happy customer. Shipping to Australia is around 3 weeks and is usually free.
