Banggood becoming like Wish! Untrusted

Never had a problem with Banggood until now. Items get lost in transit, sellers misleading customers on items and prices, 24 hrs shipment becomes 2month shipment. You try to solve issues with Banggood customer service but they try to keep you happy by offering you Banggood points that is worthless as you can only use the points on a handful of useless items that nobody buys. Rather use AliExpress and pay the extra shipping fee.
