Banggood

Not even deserving of a single star, but no review allows a 0-star rating. Not only has my order been delayed by 1,5 months (still not shipped) after promising a 10 working day delivery, but I have had no communication from this shamble of an online company. All attempts to query the delay (on various platforms and communication channels) are met with no actual reply. I finally decide to request a refund and receive an email that my order has been cancelled - nothing about when I can expect my money back. Now the quest starts - if any advice out there on how to get my refund from Banggood, please let me know?
