Bang good shipping disaster

Paid for expidited shipping with tracking of my parcel, after a whole week my parcel has not been shipped and I have received no tracking number, order was returned to the warehouse because the "zip code was not correct" which is not the case.... the zip provided is absolutely correct and has been used for many many online orders!

I'm now awaiting shipment of my order and a tracking number...
