Bad Service Provider BANGGOOD

I bought 3 products on the 7th October 2021. I only have received 1. An error was made on the address, now it is stuck at DHL Portland. BANGGOOD are not helping me to get me other two products from DHL. And DHL Portland staff are so, so rude and disrespectful and just hang up on without helping. I cannot get them to help correct the address so that it can get Delivered.
