Amazing customer service

Ordered a RC transmitter, It came promptly, But had Issues with the gimbals, I emailed the customer service department, Who promptly answered the email and proceeded to try and resolve the issue, upon seeing it was a big issue, they offered a refund straight away, this is excellent customer services and will differently be using Banggood again, In fact I will be getting a new Transmitter from them to replace this one, 100% satisfaction
