After-sales service very pleasant - partial refund OK

Choice and quality are good, but be aware of what you need. I made a mistake in one of my order on this website : I order 25 pce instead of one (my fault). I wished to return the pieces, but Banggod is located in China. So I had to pay for shipment and any customs duties, which I did not want. Banggood offer to refund part of my order instead. I must say that the after-sales service and contact were very pleasant and professionnel. I recommend.
