Absolutely ***********

This service is depressing, Initially I was told 35 business days to deliver parcel - using air parcel, and now Im being told about 90 days. Saying Im disappointed is an understatement. It's been 50+ business days now, I feel like I was *******. I believe my parcel was ******, because this service has been unable to help me. All I've received is added days on top of the 35 business days I've waited and a link to track it. If my parcel has been ******, kindly let me know and refund me the amount I paid, I included insurance on that package. I've lost the anticipation and excitement all together in fact!!
