A mixed bag!

There are pros and cons with this business, Banggoods. While the garment I ordered has never been received though ordered TWICE, an alternative in different colouring was sent. Both times when I complained, the response was swift and courteous, and a partial refund was promptly sent as a compensation for my inconvenience. I would have to compliment staff on their speed and courtesy in responding.
