Lack of professionalism and business ethics

This relates specifically to my experience with Bang & Olufsen Melrose Arch and their Store Manager whom lacks professionalism - communication is non-existent and post your purchase, bad e-mail etiquette or no response at all. The Store Manager does not know what will happen the next day with regard to his products and policies. But that applies equally to Bang & Olufsen and their Customer Service website where they do a first response on a complaint and you never hear from them again. I will not recommend them.
