Bang & Olufsen bad service

<p>B&O brand themselves as a high end provider of home automation in South Africa yet they operate like fly by night business.</p> <p>I have been trying for over two years to get them to complete their work. Sadly they have been paid already for it.</p> <p>At this point they are not responsive at all and their attitude suggests they do not care.</p> <p>The corrective action may be:</p> <p>1. This must be publicized as widely as possible. People must be warned.</p> <p>2. B&O name is associated with high end products internationally. What they provide in SA is inconsistent with their branding. This shockingly low level of service must known worldwide.</p> <p>3. Maybe the courts will sort this for me. This is however very unfair! A total waste of our hard earned financial resources.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
