Sorry, no customer service here

June 2015 - attempted to order an item (15 of them), but webpage would only allow me to order one.<br> -Sent an email stating the problem with the page....no response<br> -Waited 2 weeks, then called them during business hours. Got an answering machine, left a message to call.<br> July 2015 - another 10 days passed, so I call again, but I get a real person. Explain the webpage problem, they say it is fixed. They don't take orders over phone.<br> -Place my order on webpage. Note: I live in Canada. Regular shipping.<br> August 2015 - 30 days after order placed, no order received yet. I call the company. \Oh
