Bad service from Banda Car Services

I got these guys from google as my car was losing power. They then saw that a pipe connected to my EGR valve was loose and they fixed it. They test drove the car and said it is fixed. We paid and drove off. Less than 5kms later, the car lost power and we called him and he said we must bring the car in. We brought it in and he was not keen on fixing the car. He kept on postponing. Eventually he committed to fixing it on the 14th December but we arrived late and he said we must come in the morning as it is too late. We told him we will book in so we can be there at 8. At 8 we were at his shop and are told he is in jhb. We call him and he denies that he agreed to meeting us at 8 and i ask for a refund and he tells me that he wont refund me cos this is a different job yet the car has same issues. He then hung up the phone and continued hanging up Until i stopped calling him.

This is the most pathetic service ive ever received. Im extremely angry at the arrogance portrayed by the owner. Complete dosregard for the owner.
