Bad Service..

<p>We submitted a claim to Nedbank Home insurance, contractors came to asses the We submitted a claim to Nedbank Home insurance, contractors came to asses the damages. We were contacted by contractors and the company called Band B contracts send a email requesting an excess of R1000 before work could be started. I paid it. Then another company contacted us to inform us that they were the chosen contractors for the job. I paid excess after work was done. Problem now is that the excess of Band B contacts is not getting paid back to us. After several phone calls and emails we just get promises..</p>
