Service and quality is extremely bad

I went there a week ago to get a new set of acrylic nails done, usually nails last me about 4/5 weeks, this set lasted a full week. the acrylic was done so bad that it actually started chipping off, the tips literally popped off as they were already lifting a couple of days ago.

I phoned Banbury in Northriding to complain and the staff was incredibly rude basically saying that I was lying and this is not possible at all. I asked them what make of products they were using and they would not say, all they said " ah I'm sorry but this has never happened so sorry' and hung up. this is incredibly rude and I will not be going there ever again. Horrible service (while you're getting your nails done the staff are so loud and continuously screaming you cant even hear yourself think) Highly unprofessional. Extremely disappointed in the service I received, their website had great reviews but that was clearly all a lie
