Disappointing service

Disappointing service received from Banbury Nails in Northriding. I called on two occasions to make an appointment for 16:00pm and I was not able to get an appointment even though the lady that I wanted to see was free. I was told to come on the weekend. Has the times changed in accepting clients now?
