Complaint/burnt from waxing

Good day, On the 28th of June I went through to Banbury nailbar Northriding branch to spoil myself as it was my birthday. I had a 10:00 appointment with Lorraine for full leg full hand wax and full set nails. Upon arrival I was taken by a different lady to have the waxing done I asked if she knew how to wax as I’m fussy about who does my nails and waxing.

Firstly the lady dropped wax on my top, which didn’t come out so my top is ruined! Secondly the hand and leg wax took 4 hours! You are welcome to ask your ladies I came out at 14:00 from waxing which is ridiculous I had other appointments which I had to cancel cause of how long the waxing took. Further more I got home only to find the skin from my hands was out and bruised I did send the pictures to Mpho the manager which did say sorry for , but does sorry help I think its unacceptable for someone to go for simple treatments to be spoilt on their birthday and have skin taken out and bruised ! would you accept that kind of service if you went somewhere. I left your premises at 15:45 which is crazy cause nobody I have been to previously took an entire day basically for 3 treatments !

I was called by the owner last week to say sorry and they will replace my top but also that she could not stick the skin back on my body, my hand is now burnt from the wax which I now have to deal with at my own cost! I don't think this is fair as has the lady doing the waxing been properly trained this wouldn't have happened.
