Trolls working as security guards in the parking area

I gave a rating on 1 because that is the lowest I can score it. The internet gives this centre a rating of 1.

I went to this centre for the first time ever today and I will never, ever go again. Please stay away from here.

The parking is badly laid out. I parked and as I did, a very big Albany truck was parking in the parking bays as there is no delivery bay at this shopping centre. I had to reverse to make space for the delivery truck. Nowhere was any security guard to be seen to guide me. When I got back to my car, my wheels had been clamped and I had to pay R 150 to get my car returned to me as I was parked somewhat over into the other parking as I had reversed to make space for the truck. I tried to reason with the two security guards, but how can one reason with persons who are unable or unwilling to understand? I had to pay the trolls the money. I was given a phone number of the security company to call. I phoned, it rang but went onto voicemail. The one security guard was called Raymond and the other Jacob. It turns out that Raymond gave me Jacob's number. I phoned the centre number - it does not exist. This is how all order, decency and accountability is lost and how everything in this country is disintegrating. rampant ****ming.
