Banana coves Haartebees scheming me.

I made reservations for the 09th to the 11th October 2020 through Bookings.com on the 28th September 2020. I received an email from the host on the 30th September 2020 stating that my dates have been amended to the 11th to the 13th October 2020. I tried calling, sending smses and emailing the hotel and they are not responding or answering my calls. The booking is paid for in full and it is non refundable booking.
