rotten service from Banakoma Car Hire

<p>I rented a car from banakoma car hire on the 17 of November and I was promised that I should get my deposit refund within 7 to 14 days of me returning the car the car was returned but its been close to a month now but I still haven't received my refund. I call and I'm being sent from pillar to post. I've never experienced such rotten service</p>
