Refund takes as long as 1 month

I spoke to Bongi at 12:00 , to follow up how far my refund is. And was told that they are sitting with a bad lock from late January . And should not be expecting my refund anytime soon. The documents are yet to be sent to head office .and any action on my account will be acted upon after the 7 business days has lapsed.<br> I informed her if the is anything that can be done to speed up the process, I'm a business man and need to pay my suppliers , with an attitude she told me no nothing I must wait fir 14 days and they will see how far is the bad lock.
