REFUND NOT PAID

I hired a car at Banakoma Car hire on the 1st of May 2015 and I returned their car on the 5th Of May and it is so hard for me to get my refund of R4441.00.I have been trying my best to communicate with the people concerned to no avail.<br> So I would like warn all South Africans or whoever would like to use this company to be very careful.I just wonder though if the owners of this company knows about the nonsense that is going on there?Or maybe they don't give a damn?I am Gatvol to say the least!
