Refund Disaster

This email relates to the subject above of which I am livid and cannot fathom how your circus company operates. I am disgusted at the service you give and have no worth of even calling it a service. <br> <br> I have no idea why a refund could take so much time and being sent from pillar to post is appalling. <br> <br> I received a mail from Bongi with my sales invoice and was told that the refund will be paid soon
