REFUND DELAYED AND PUT ON HOLD FOREVER

this is in addition to the first complaint...Busi could not answer me why the refund was only processed few minutes after i have called to ask about the refund, now she tell me i have to wait extra days maybe by 23rd march i will receive the funds. i ask about their 7-14days refund policy versus me waiting until 23rd while the car was received in the right condition on 2nd march 2015, the answer was still i dont know i dont deal with refunds, now shifting the blame to someone else..i dont think this is the correct way of dealing with the after service, banakoma should deal with this matters in rightful manner and should stick to their contractual agreement and employees should know how to treat clients, i have hired a car before at their competitor and never experienced such.
