Refund

I have hired a car from these people and returned it on the 13 july 2015 and th er y promised to pay back my deposit after 14 days but until today no payment had been ma de on my account. I call ther offices daily I've got no joy they sending me from pillar to post. I'm supposed to be moving houses but I havent tv because I need that deposit. I need help .
