Outstanding refund

I rented a car with Banakoma Carhire and Shuttle. The agreement contract stipulated that I was going to be refunded my deposit within 7 and 14 working days however 20 working days have surpassed and I have not received my refund. I called the head office and I spoke to the accounts depart, they advised that they were having issues with releasing the funds. They were also rude to me and they promised to call me before end of business of which they did not do. if you need to rent a car PLEASE DO NOT USE BANAKOMA CAR HIRE AND SHUTTLE SERVICE.
