No Refund 30 days later

I am gravely disappointed by the service I have received from Banakoma car hire service.<br> I am still to get my refund back a month later after was I was told verbally and via email that I would get my back within 7-14 days.<br> Countless emails have to [Email Removed] , [Email Removed] , [Email Removed] Have resulted in nothing fruitful.<br> The conversation and email I had with Yolanda Klass I was told my money would be in my back account by the close the business day, and a week later I have not received my money.<br> <br> In a space of 30days they could or have taken my money and invested and made a profit at my expense.<br> I do not recommend anyone using their car service<br>
