I need my deposit money back

On the 28/4/2015 a car was rented from and I was supposed to be returned on the 4/ 5/2015 they were supposed to collect it from my work place, I called them so many times and they only collected the car on the 6/ 5/2015. Lera to told the payments are being done at head office and we requested my banking details and email was sent to them. Now they say they made the payment I'm asking for remittance it's a problem to get that also. Now if they know it's me they cut the call. Please help my name is queen.
