Banakoma Car Hire & Shuttle's failure to reimburse

I phoned Banakoma Car Hire & Shuttle's call centre number *** to remind them of my refund which is according to them due and payable today (18-Dec-2015) as I had returned their vehicle on the 30-Nov-2015 and was referred to a lady by the name of Khanyisa Mokoena who is apparently based in their head office finance division. She initially took my calls but could not provide answers about her companies' failure to reimburse me of the five thousand rands (R5000.00) they owe me. I kept on calling but she continued hanging up on me including their head office. Their CEO's number is not list on their website because I would have called him/her and demanded my refund with immediate effect.<br> <br> All I need is my refund nothing less nor more. Their service is horrible and I don't need them anymore. And i'll never encourage anybody to ever hire a car from this company. Well, if they don't want to talk me it's ok, but I urgently need my refund.
