BANAKOMA CAR HIRE NOT PAID MY REFUND AS PROMISED

On 30 January 2015 I hired a Polo Vivo at Banakoma Car Hire, in Joburg Park Station to drive from JHB to DBN and vice versa. I returned back their car, in mint condition and with a full tank on 03 February 2015 as per our agreement. Sadly, until today they have not refunded my R3000 deposit back. Instead, Busi their Supervisor has been ignoring my calls and text messages that I have as proof. On our agreement contract, I was promised that I will get back my refund within 14 working days. However, that did not happen and instead I am being ignored, plus that period has come and gone. I want to warn everybody that this is the kind of service and treatment you may expect from Banakoma Car Hire, if you were thinking of hiring a car from this unprofessional company. Consider yourself warned, that you may also go through the same frustration when it is time for you to get your money back!!!
