Bad service and refund

I took a car on the 28/02/2015 and return the car on the 01/03/2015 on Monday I called to check if they receive the car and everything is in order. I was told on the 02/03/2015 that all is in order the amount they are charging is.... and they will refund me ...... Till today I have not receive my refund amount and I have been calling to find out how far and no one is telling me the progress even the managers there and the boss does not even call me to check if all has been sorted they just shift the blame. They even tell me I am not the only one who complains about the refund process but there is still no change. I feel people at Banakoma lack customer service and telephone ethics when you speak to them. I will never HIRE a car there ANYMORE I can't express how much DISAPPOINTED I am. You come to complain people treat you like you came to tell them a JOKES. I want my money back now please.
