Lease agreement

I rented their employees my house,gave them a lease agreement which they signed and a check list which they also signed how they found my property, January they didn't pay the rent but left their belongings in my house,took the deposit to cover it.When they move out they only told me when they done packing to come collect the keys, which was not the agreement with their manager.They left my house dirty and broke my stuff.Bamboo rocks is quite in fixing my house,Their manager came after three weeks of them moving out and took pictures,no response as to when are they fixing it,be careful when you rent your property to this construction company.they don't honour your agreement with them, you'll be left with a hostel house when they done.
