Utterly Disappointment in Bamboo Mattresses!!

I've order and paid for a Restonic Ease Firm 3/4 Bamboo mattress bed set online from Bamboo Mattresses on 24/09/2024. (R 4094.00) I received the mattress 13/10/2024. In 0ne week the mattress was already beginning to 'sag'! I am not a heavy person weighing only 40kg! This was ridiculous!! I then send a complaint on 24/10/2024 and received a an immediate response from Bamboo Mattresses stating that my complaint was declined. They only refund/return the mattress if the 'sagging' was more than 4cm!! This is unbelievable!! ONE WEEK!! From then I have not heard a word from Bamboo Mattresses??!

Because of my experience I would NOT recommend Bamboo Mattresses to anyone even CONSIDERING buying a new mattress or base set!!
