Unacceptable customer service

I regret ordering from this business. I ordered and paid for 4 beds on 17th January and promised delivery between 3 to 5 days. What upsets me are the lies and false promises. I have been given a new story every day all promising that the beds are on their to be delivered. If I hadn't already paid I would cancel this order.
