Substandard after sale service...

Terrible experience from online bed seller... Bed bought and no after sale care... Bed not delivered as per salers guidelines, no consumer update, no responsibility for non delivery and now we have to run around for a refund...Bamboo mattresses truly have a dreadful and unprincipled customer service!! They should not be in retail services as professionalism is not the order of the day!!!😡😡😡
