SHOCKING

I ordered from this mattress website because my previous mattress (second hand) was from them and it was brilliant. However when I ordered from them they originally said that it would be 5 working days and then it changed to 10. Then 5 days in they said it would be delivered within a few days (note I did not prompt this). After that radio silence. I ask and ask and they need to check with their factory. Once I say I demand a refund they do not even bother to help speed up the process or reassure me. They take forever to get back to me. I would not recommend to anyone. The price may be good but the service is disgusting
