POOR SERVICE

I bought the bed last week Friday, they promised delivery between Wednesday and Thursday this week. Yesterday I did a follow up and they said they are delivering between 16:00 and 17:00.Even now I'm still waiting. They keep making promises and excuses for their poor service .They a re quick to take money and sell dreams. It seems I need to beg them for service that I already paid for. STOP WITH YOUR EMPTY PROMISES AND JUST DO WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO,DELIVER MY BED
