Poor customer service

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! I ordered a bed on the 13th of December with a promise of having it delivered in 7-10 days; til date I'm still waiting for my order. I have been doing follow ups regarding the delivery date and getting no responses from them. The phone also rings unanswered.

Spare yourself the headache and don't buy from Bamboo Mattresses!
