Not trustworthy at all

Different size base and mattress delivered. Upon exchange, new base broken. Struggling for more that two weeks to get base exchanged, still no joy. A different excuse every day, from delivery truck broken to awaiting dispatch at warehouse. Definitely not trustworthy and very bad clientele.
