No refund

I ordered 2 beds on the 9th of July paying through payflex. I waited for deliver up until i call them on the 25th of July and they alwaus said they will follow up with the logistic company. I called them again on the 29th and that's when they told me that they do not deliver in my area and they are processing a refund. I waited again until I call them on the 5th of August and that's whan they sent me a message stating that the refund has been done. Up until today i called agaib and again the refund i going to be done today. Why all these lies. I already paid R7898 in 3 full installments on payflex just for nothing. So now i just need to travel from Eastern Cape with my lawyer to their offices maybe that's when they will process my refund. And obviously with a petrol bill of course.
