No delivery just empty promises

I ordered a Bed online with them and was advised delivery will take 3-5 working days which never happened as promised then upon following up each day I am told my bed will be delivered the following day, worse is today I was told the delivery was on its way to be delivered and still nothing was delivered as promised, Mr Ifraim the online services consultant is full of empty promises I am even now wondering if my bed will ever be delivered
