No communication and empty promise delivery

Actually this deserves no star at all. I placed my order and they do not communicate on the status of your order instead I had to be the one who has to constantly do a follow up. Let's talk about delayed delivery. I hope I won't come back here to complain about the quality of the bed as I still wait with empty promise of delivery. This is ****ed up experience
