Dont buy online from Bamboo Mattresses. Rather support a shop. My mistake.

I purchased a bed set from them the end of February and found it hard but was told it would soften. I even purchased a liner to make it more comfortable. A week ago i asked for advice, assistance regarding the bed being too hard as it was sold to me as a medium. I weigh 72kg and the bed is seriously hurting me. I'm prepared to pay in or downgrade or anything. I am now sleeping on my spare single bed. I check with them everyday on their whats app line and have emailed them and everyday they promise to call me. I'm not expecting something for nothing, just a compromise of some sort. They dont care enough to even call me. INV12418
