Bamboo mattresses failed me

I ordered a bed with bamboo mattress… I keep getting false information regarding my order. Contact them to ask about my order using their WhatsApp channel was told they have just received my bed from their factory is scheduled for delivery Monday. Waited for delivery on Monday nothing. I then reached out was told they don’t have the bed when I was told it was delivered from factory scheduled for Monday delivery. They give false information they not honest. Bad customer service
