Bamboo Mattress- poor service poor product

Poor service, poor quality. Headboard has wiggling legs, holes in between. Very untidy work. After 20days of complaining i am still waiting for the supplier to collect the product and refund me as promised, but nothing but we are coming but never pitch. I have been receiving empty promises that they are on their way but never pitch. I would give a minus if there was that option. I have lost the money I have been saving to get my daughter the headboard she's been asking for for a long time. 😒 . I hope they sleep well at night
