Bad service

I bought a base set from this company in January already, to date I'm still unable to use it. It was a disaster from the offset! I had to wait over three weeks for my set to arrive although I was promised delivery within 3 to 4 days. Despite many calls from me. When I set up the set we discovered that it was too high for my grandson. No problem I thought because they advertised a 14 day exchange. I phoned them the next day and spoke to customer care and gave them my reason for wanting to exchange. I was informed that they can lower the base for me No problem I thought, again I asked how long it would take again the answer was 1 week Like I said I'm still waiting and numerous phone calls !
