Bad communication

The initial experience was positive, got immediate feedback about the expected delivery time of 3-5 business days. However when 3 days passed and then 5 and then an entire week without any communication as to the delivery date I became frustrated. I had to phone the company and find out that the were out of stock in the mattress that I ordered and that they were waiting on the factory. Again promises of delivery the next day were made, without anything being delivered, and again.

Really disappointed in their lack of communication and customer care.
