Waste of time and money

Booked a 60 minute massage with a friend. Treatment started almost 15 minutes late. They had asked us to come early so we ended up waiting half an hour. The treatments were in the same room which was cold. The the******s talked amongst themselves the for the duration of the massage. They also used a broken steamer which made a noise the entire time. The treatment ended early also. We spent most of the time lying on the very uncomfortable massage table waiting for them to do something because they kept stopping in between. I did speak to the owner. She however said I was wrong and people always enjoy the treatment. She didn't apologise and worse still she said she doesn't have time to talk to me because she's busy. We had to pay R900 for mediocre service and a very disappointing experience.
